Job Description
Your mission as Employee Experience Specialist at Devoteam Belgium ? You will be responsible for the internal communication plan, for the organization of internal events, the coordination of our employee communities and for enhancing the experience of our 450 employees in the workplace. One of your main objectives : generate good vibes in the company. You will also be the HRBP for the Business Support office (Sales, Recruitment, Finance, IT). You will be part of the HR team, reporting to the HR Director.
What will your new challenge look like?
* You will be responsible to enhance our employee experience framework
* You are coordinating the Welcome days for new employees and the Welcome back drink together with the management team and the other HR Business Partners.
* You are responsible for the internal event and communication plan (monthly newsletters, organization of monthly all employee meetings, intranet, etc), ensuring the voice of our employees are heard.
* You will be in charge of deploying our employee survey for Belgium, analyzing the results with the management team, proposing an action plan and following up on it.
* You are in charge of the organization of company-wide internal events (christmas party, summer party, leadership meetings, etc) and will provide support to the unit directors to organize their team events.
* You are the Belgian point of contact for Group Corporate communications and are responsible for cascading larger group initiatives.
* You will also help with the coordination of our employee communities (Devoteam generations, Wo-men-X Tech, Digital champions, etc).
* You are responsible for the budget for Events, Internal communication and Communities.
* You will work closely with our office manager to ensure our office remains a joyful place to work.
* You will work closely with management to further build a culture of trust and of feedback.
* You follow up on the onboarding of new colleagues from Business Support during the first months.
* You are the first contact point for all Business Support employees concerning HR issues. You keep regular contact with them and build a good trust relationship with them.
* You will also support Business support managers for performance, career evolution and training of their employees.
* You are the contact person for the recruitment team for questions on candidates for your unit.
* You will implement Devoteam’s HR policies for the Business Support unit, ex. coachings, talent development, evaluations, retention, spreading our values, …
* Together with the L&D team, you will follow up the training needs for Business Support.
* You will participate in different projects within Devoteam (Employee survey, Burn-out prevention, ….)
* You will take an active role in employee well-being initiatives
* You will work in close collaboration with the Belgium management team.
