One of our clients, a fast-growing international NGO, is looking for a Accountl Manager.
The Account Manager is responsible for relationship management and membership retention of senior executives in assigned Programmes. The Manager acts as the primary contact for Executive Programmes members and participants, responsible for the A-Z of post- and pre-meeting logistics (hybrid, virtual or in-person), including administration of assigned Products. The Manager is also a a key player in connecting Executive Programmes Members with the knowledge developed and created by The organization.
In addition, the Manager makes significant contributions to departmental strategy and operational decisions.
Description
* Oversee Council meeting operations
* Ensure Council Members have information and materials required for a valuable Council experience
* Maximize Council Member engagement and retention
* Maintain timely and accurate meeting expense forecasts
* Support the invoicing process to ensure timeline payments.
Profile
* You have an excellent command of the English and German language
* You have a higher degree
* You have at least 2-3 years' work, preferable in a customer facing role
* You are ready to travel
* You have experience in a role with customer relationship management (ideally with c-level executives)
* You are sociable and service-oriented
* You are able to handle adverse and unexpected situtation in a composed and professional manner
