Talent Acquisition Specialist Type of contract: Contract Salary: EUR 390 per day maximum (depending on your experiences) Location: Europe (Belgium) DESCRIPTION Talent Acquisition Specialist Remote role, Full time Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the entire recruitment process Work closely with line managers to create job descriptions Maintain and update the Recruitment Information System Screen CVs, invite& interview candidates Provide advice and guidance based on recruitment best practices, market conditions, candidates and acting as subject matter expert to facilitate the recruitment process by working with the hiring manager Maintain contacts with external parties, like staffing agencies and job sites Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for future job openings Coordinate and participate in recruitment caigns, job fairs and other events Must have Skills: Excellent communication skills in Dutch/Flemish and English. 2 to 5 years (in house) recruitment experience, preferably with high volume recruitment Outgoing personality, good interpersonal, multi tasking and organizational skills University Degree (HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, etc) Any other European language is welcome. Ability to work independently of direct supervision Ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast paced, deadline oriented and rapidly changing business
