We are looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Freelance Senior Vice President Sales (F/M) to drive the sales execution across regional sales teams in a fast-paced, international environment. This role is pivotal in accelerating customer acquisition, optimizing sales operations, and driving measurable business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading sales strategies, with a particular focus on performance management, cross-cultural collaboration, and consistent execution.
In this role, you will oversee and support the performance of regional sales directors and their teams, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. You will work closely with the marketing team to create and align strategies that drive growth, conducting regular performance audits to ensure results. Your ability to maintain a helicopter view while implementing results-oriented actions will be crucial to your success.
The role demands someone who thrives in an international, fast-moving environment and is capable of navigating diverse cultural dynamics across multiple regions.
