We currently seek a Talent Acquisition Specialist, offering him/her a career track to develop as a future Business Manager.
About the role
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key pillar of our organization. He/she is responsible for supporting Strand’s growth by identifying new consultants and linking them with the right first project, in close collaboration with a Business Manager.
He/she develops a strong network of experts in our field through different channels, on- and offline, and is the “go to” person when it comes to working for/with Strand.
He/she joins forces with our Marketing team to attract new talents, and participates to multiple external events (job fairs, seminars, conventions…) to meet new talents.
Based on his/her performance, it is expected that the Talent Acquisition Specialist grows as a future Business Manager and becomes responsible for further developing collaborations with actors of the life sciences sector.
About you
* You have a Degree in a business or science-related field
* You have an entrepreneurial mindset, and you love being challenged
* You enjoy going the extra mile, and being rewarded based on your success
* You speak French and English fluently
* You have excellent communication skills
* You work autonomously, though you call yourself a team player
* You already have experience in the field? That’s a highly valuable asset, but not mandatory. We are happy to start from scratch
