工作职责:
1、田间生产管理对接:对接达能项目和格西项目当地田间生产经理,监督橄榄及葡萄种植的剪枝、施肥、病虫害防治、采收等关键环节的执行情况,密切关注生产过程中可能出现的干旱、大小年等异常情况,及时向母公司汇报并提出应对建议,确保田间生产稳定有序;
2、内销发货与供应链管理:负责橄榄油工厂和酒窖的全年内销发货工作,包括制定生产与灌装计划、安排装瓶耗材的采购与储备,并协调空运及海运物流事务,如租船订舱、原产地证、卫生证等进出口单据的审核与准备,确保供应链高效运作,保障内销订单及时履行;
3、西班牙本地市场销售管理:全面负责橄榄油及葡萄酒在西班牙本地市场的销售工作,包括拓展销售渠道、维护并深化客户关系,统筹售前咨询、合同谈判及售后服务。同时,密切跟踪市场动态,进行橄榄油行业及竞品分析,确保销售流程顺畅和提高在本地市场的占有率;
4、人力资源与薪资管理:负责对接本地人事事务所,统计并提交每月工人的病假、休假、加班时间,以及临时工社保的开立与注销信息,确保薪资核算的准确性。负责将工资单信息翻译整理成中文,并提交至母公司审批和安排财务支付。同时,关注当地劳动法规的最新动态,并及时向母公司汇报人事事务所的政策解读,确保用工合规;
5、费用统计与审批申请:负责及时收集并汇总田间、工厂等生产耗材及机具维修以及销售管理类的大额费用信息,撰写汇签件提前向母公司提交审批申请,确保生产和运营顺利进行;
6、格西项目巡检与生产监督:常驻达能项目现场,同时负责格西项目的生产监督工作。因项目位于西班牙南部安达卢西亚,需定期出差进行实地检查,评估田间生产进展,确保项目执行符合公司要求;
7、总部联络与业务执行:及时与集团及香港总部汇报沟通,参加周会、月会、季度会、年会等例行及临时会议,提交书面报告汇报业务进展,确保信息传达及时准确。同时,根据总部决策要求,推动业务执行落地。
岗位要求:
1. 全日制本科及以上学历,10年以上工作经验;
2. 西班牙语及中文流利,均可作为工作语言;
3. 丰富的团队管理经验,了解西班牙当地文化,能够与本土团队进行密切沟通合作,并有效激励团队成员;
4. 具有橄榄、葡萄等相关农产品从种植到销售的全链路管理经验,熟悉进出口贸易,或具备相关行业的从业经验;

Job responsibilities:
1. Field Production Management Coordination: Coordinate with the local field production managers of the Danone and Gexi projects, supervise the execution of key processes such as pruning, fertilization, pest and disease control, and harvesting of olives and grapes, closely monitor potential anomalies such as droughts and alternate bearing years during the production process, promptly report to the parent company and provide countermeasures, ensuring stable and orderly field production.
2. Domestic Sales Shipping and Supply Chain Management: Responsible for the annual domestic sales shipping operations of the olive oil factory and wine cellar, including formulating production and bottling plans, arranging the procurement and storage of bottling materials, and coordinating air and sea logistics matters, such as chartering ships, reviewing and preparing import and export documents like certificates of origin and health certificates, ensuring efficient supply chain operations and timely fulfillment of domestic sales orders.
3. Local Market Sales Management in Spain: Fully responsible for the sales of olive oil and wine in the local market of Spain, including expanding sales channels, maintaining and deepening customer relationships, coordinating pre-sales consultations, contract negotiations, and after-sales services. At the same time, closely monitor market trends, conduct industry and competitor analysis for olive oil, ensure smooth sales processes, and increase market share in the local market.
4. Human Resources and Payroll Management: Responsible for liaising with local HR agencies, compiling and submitting monthly reports on workers' sick leave, vacation, overtime hours, and the initiation and cancellation of temporary workers' social insurance, ensuring the accuracy of payroll calculations. Responsible for translating and organizing payroll information into Chinese, and submitting it to the parent company for approval and arranging financial payments. Additionally, monitor the latest developments in local labor laws and promptly report the HR agency's policy interpretations to the parent company to ensure compliance
5. Cost Statistics and Approval Application: Responsible for timely collecting and summarizing large expense information related to production consumables and equipment maintenance in the fields and factories, as well as sales management. Prepare and submit approval applications to the parent company in advance to ensure smooth production and operations.
6. GESI Project Inspection and Production Supervision: Stationed at the Danone project site, also responsible for the production supervision of the GESI project. Since the project is located in Andalusia, southern Spain, regular business trips are required for on-site inspections, assessing field production progress, and ensuring project execution meets company requirements.
7. Headquarters Liaison and Business Execution: Timely report and communicate with the group and Hong Kong headquarters, attend regular and ad-hoc meetings such as weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual meetings, submit written reports on business progress to ensure timely and accurate information transmission. At the same time, promote the implementation of business execution according to the headquarters' decision-making requirements.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher, with over 10 years of work experience;
2. Fluent in Spanish and Chinese, both can be used as working languages;
3. Extensive team management experience, understanding of local Spanish culture, able to communicate and collaborate closely with local teams, and effectively motivate team members;
4. Possess full-chain management experience of related agricultural products such as olives and grapes from planting to sales, familiar with import and export trade, or have relevant industry experience;
5. Possesses strong business acumen, integrity, and a high level of self-motivation. Confident and cheerful, skilled in internal and external communication and coordination.
