They are looking for a Data Analyst.
- You actively identify and contribute to optimization and continuous improvement in the organization when it comes to our area of expertise, from idea generation to deployment and maintenance.
- You can interview stakeholders to understand their true needs, uncovering the question behind the question.
- You can convey the narrative behind data results in an appropriate format for different audiences, simplifying complex topics.
- You can tackle operational problems hands-on, ensuring practical and robust solutions.
- You coach your colleagues and provide guidance on best practices and analytical methodologies.
- You work in a collaborative, agile way with the team, following the One Rhythm approach. You can act as a scrum master to support the team.
- You can manage analytics projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivering on deadlines.
- You can take the lead and represent the team in complex and ambiguous subjects.
- You actively contribute to the use of SML Cloud and can convey the business need to the correct (IT-) stakeholders.Profiel- You have a master's degree or equivalent through experience.
- You have prior experience in the field of data analysis.
- You are a creative problem-solver who is passionate about digging into complex challenges and devising new approaches to reach results.
- You can implement and drive long term data strategies aligned with the business objectives, including data governance and quality frameworks
- You are a fast learner who can quickly adapt to new tools and methodologies.
- You can reflect on your work and assumptions, and you are not afraid to validate these in our operational context.
- You are proficient in Power Platform, Databricks, SQL and Python.
- You have a good understanding of data warehousing and ETL processes to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility
