€76,560 – €97,440 plus 10% Bonus

Our client a leader in Automotive services is seeking a Strategic People Business Partner to join their dynamic HR team. As their Strategic HR Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing HR strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. Reporting to the People & Leadership team, you will be the key point of contact for Belgium and Luxembourg's operational departments, as well as the Sales & Marketing teams, driving HR initiatives that support growth and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as a strategic advisor to the management on all aspects of People & Leadership.
* Collaborate on the development and execution of HR programs and initiatives, in cooperation with the service excellence centers (Compensation & Benefits, Talent, etc.).
* Translate central HR policies into tailored strategies for specific departments and regions, ensuring full implementation and alignment with business needs.
* Oversee the entire spectrum of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, talent development, performance management, and compliance with HR legislation.
* Work closely with the management team to foster a motivated and engaged workforce, driving results based on employee satisfaction and engagement surveys.
* Monitor People & Leadership KPIs, including turnover, absenteeism, and performance metrics, and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure continuous improvement.
* Have an in-depth understanding of the business and coach and advise their management team with regard to HR topics.
* Maintain strong employee relations to create a positive work environment while giving attention to the wellbeing of our employees.
* Follow-up on payroll files, together with your colleagues from Payroll and Compensation & Benefits.
Requirements:
* Degree educated and a minimum of 5 years of experience as HR Business Partner or Manager.
* Fluency in Dutch and French and English proficiency
* Be Customer-focused with strong numerical and analytical skills
* Proven communication and negotiation skills.
* A good level of ambition to grow within the company.
* In-depth knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
* Willingness to travel across Belgium and Luxembourg to support multiple locations.
