Job Description
As Administrative Assistant your responsibilities are:
* Provide general administrative support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying
* Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, and office keys
* Create and modify various documents using Microsoft Office
* Maintain inventory of office supplies
* Assist in managing and maintaining company policies and procedures
* Provide assistance in organizing company events
* Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
* Ensure the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis
The Successful Applicant
The Administrative Assistant we are looking for:
* A keen eye for detail and a well organized approach to work
* Great knowledge of Dutch, French and English
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and other administrative programs
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude, able to handle issues with minimal supervision
* The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
* Good problem solving skills
* An understanding of the business services industry
