Job Description:
We are looking for a Mid-level Account Executive to join our team, focusing on the Italy market. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a strong background in outbound sales. The AE will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—while helping expand our presence in Italy.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and prospect new potential clients, including vacation rental property managers and hotels.
* Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
* Lead negotiations and successfully close deals.
* Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align with market demands.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline progression within the company’s CRM.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Requirements:
* First language speaker with professional proficiency in English.
* 2+ years of experience in a similar sales role, ideally within the Travel Tech industry.
* Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and the ability to manage the full sales cycle.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working autonomously.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Remote position – open to candidates based in Italy or other European locations.
