As a Sub System Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the successful execution, coordination, and delivery of key system components within complex railway projects, ensuring that we meet all Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP) objectives.

Your Mission:
As a Sub System Manager, you will leverage your strong project management skills and problem-solving abilities to coordinate activities, manage stakeholders, and ensure the timely delivery of your project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Own and manage end-to-end project execution of your sub-system.
2. Identify risks, bottlenecks, and resource constraints, ensuring alignment with the overall project.
3. Make critical trade-offs between cost, quality, and deadlines.
4. Extract key insights from complex data to drive strategic decisions.
5. Team Leadership & Problem-Solving
1. Work in a matrix environment with multidisciplinary and international teams (engineering, R&D, supply chain, etc.).
2. Resolve project delays by analyzing root causes and implementing corrective actions.
3. Lead effective negotiations and alignment with stakeholders.
4. Maintain high standards of project governance, planning, and execution.
6. Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
1. Prepare and deliver concise executive presentations, summarizing complex information into actionable insights.
2. Draft clear and structured communications (emails, reports) to ensure alignment across teams.
3. Act as a bridge between technical teams and internal customers, balancing conflicting priorities.
What We’re Looking For:
Required Qualifications:
1. Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex components within a high-stakes environment.
3. Strong background in project execution, budgeting, and risk management.
Nice-to-Have:
1. IPMA certification (or equivalent).
2. Experience working in multi-national environments and cross-functional teams.
