International Trainee heat pumps and process engineering
Your role as an Engineering Trainee
At Raffinerie Tirlemontoise, part of the Südzucker Group, we are leaders in sugar production, providing high-quality products to clients worldwide.
This program is designed to challenge your individual competencies and prepare you for a technical management role in national or international project teams, where your involvement and leadership will be crucial.
You will primarily train at our state-of-the-art facility in Tienen, gaining invaluable insights and skills that will propel your engineering career forward.

Your qualifications
We are looking for an electromechanical engineer who meets the following criteria:
4. Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Proficiency in French, or German is a plus.
5. A good understanding of IT is also important.
6. A proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic team environment.
7. A keen interest in new technologies, high-temperature heat pumps, and process electrification.
