Key responsabilities :
* You will take the lead on the commercial part of the job and open as many jobs as possible
* Identifying and developing client/business relationships in a competitive environment
* Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment
* Managing the process through interview to offer stage and beyond
* Networking to build business information that can be converted into commercial opportunities
* Focus on the client side
* 5 years of experience as sales/business development or recruitment experience in contracting/ Interim Management.
* You should be excited about talking to customers, engaging with people and creating a brand for yourself based on excellent customer service, professional delivery and sound advice and guidance.
* Act as a Business Developer
* A "Yes I Do" Mindset
* Fluent in Dutch & English.
