We are seeking an experienced Functional Analyst to join our team and contribute to the implementation of a new traveler information system. In this role, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to analyze, document, and clarify requirements while ensuring alignment with functional and technical specifications. You will also support Agile team workflows and occasionally step in for the Product Owner to manage daily operations via Azure DevOps Boards.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement analysis & documentation:
Discover, organize, clarify, and document the needs of various services.
Produce functional and technical specifications for implementation.
Agile collaboration:
Work with the Product Owner to break down specifications into clear User Stories.
Support the Agile team (Kanban/Scrum) to ensure development and testing teams fully understand the requirements.
Business process modeling & testing support:
Lead business process modeling and assist in drafting test scenarios.
Provide close support to the testing team for implementation validation.
Project coordination:
Maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and alignment.
Support the project team in related ancillary activities as needed.
Requirements
Experience:
5+ years of significant, recent experience in functional analysis.
At least 2 years working in Agile teams (Kanban or Scrum).
Domain knowledge: Experience in the railway sector and familiarity with scheduling processes (Railml, EDIFACT, TAP Tsi, etc.) is highly valued.
Certifications: Product Owner certification is considered an advantage.
Technical skills:
Proven ability to produce functional and technical documentation.
Knowledge of tools like Azure DevOps Boards.
Languages
Fluent in English and French.
German and Luxembourgish are considered assets.
