Sales Advisor Life & Pension
In this commercial role, you will manage and develop a portfolio of wealthy clients focused on the accumulation, expansion, and transfer of their wealth, with specific expertise in second, third, and fourth pillar savings.
Your Responsibilities
1. Manage an existing client portfolio.
2. Receive and visit clients to provide information and offer solutions.
3. Actively prospect new clients.
4. Participate in commercial actions, events, and networking.
5. Take an active role in building the reputation of the company.
6. Follow up on every submitted file until its realization.
7. Cross-sell and up-sell to other departments and colleagues.
8. Manage client databases and report to management.
9. Stay updated on new fiscal and financial legislation.
10. Report to the Sales Manager.
Your Profile
1. You have the necessary FSMA authorizations to advise clients financially.
2. You can demonstrate at least 3 years of professional commercial experience in financial advice, ideally within a bank or large financial organization.
3. You hold a bachelor's/master's degree in an economic, legal, or commercial field.
4. You possess good listening skills.
5. You work organized, autonomously, and show initiative.
6. You are empathetic and a strong negotiator.
7. You have maturity and interpersonal skills.
8. You are solution-oriented and customer-focused.
9. Results motivate you.
10. You enjoy challenges and working in a team.
