We’re looking for an experienced and highly collaborative IT Talent Acquisition to help us grow the great talent of our technology teams in Spain, Italy and Portugal.
You will manage:
From the first reach out of the candidate until our final offer for employment, you will identify and engage with top technical talent, drive recruiting best practices, diversity hiring strategies, and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
Your role:
* Manage End-to-End Recruiting: Oversee the entire recruitment process, including research, sourcing, candidate assessment and management, offer recommendation, negotiation, and acceptance. Ensure a high standard of candidate experience throughout.
* Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored interview processes that lead to quality hires.
* Innovate and Improve Processes: Continuously improve existing recruiting processes and develop innovative strategies to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices to optimize recruitment efforts.
* Build Talent Pipelines: Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs through networking, relationship building, and proactive sourcing.
* Monitoring of team members and talent management.
* Employer Branding Actions.
Our ideal candidate:
* At least 4-5 years of experience in the full-cycle recruiting experience for technical positions for staffing or consulting Company.
* Strong knowledge sourcing techniques.
* Experience using recruitment platforms and head hunting.
* Knowledge about technical events, tech employer branding and employer experience.
* Proven ability to influence and exceptional organization, communication, and time management skills.
* Relentless drive to source, identify and connect with the best and brightest technical talent through various networking methods and unique sourcing techniques.
* Understanding and proven ability to recruit and hire a variety of technical skill-set.
* Strong Technical & design knowledge - proficient in different coding languages and technical stacks.
* Ability to empathise with people, responsible and results oriented.
* Manage Frustration & effort capacity.
* Strong networking skills
* A passion for technology.

* Strong creative problem-solving and action-creating skills
* Mid level of English.
* Bachelor's degree.
