What we are searching for
As a Solution Architect you will be part of our Salesforce.com/Veeva practices. The biggest part of your day will consist of assisting and consulting our clients on their various Customer Experience initiatives.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Being part/leading of a project team.
2. Working closely with the customer to understand their business needs and translating that to the features of the CRM package.
3. Building and delivering solution design documents that can be the basis of the building of the CRM solution.
4. Providing guidance in other technical areas of the project as well (data migration, integration, etc.).
5. Participating in all phases of the project, working closely with the project manager and sharing accountability for the delivery of the project.
6. Assisting customers with questions that arise during the project.
7. Being experienced/certified in the Force.com/Veeva platform and staying on top of the latest releases.
8. Being a role model for younger colleagues in the company by providing guidance/coaching and sharing own experience and knowledge with the team.
9. Being present on Salesforce.com communities, being known and actively participating.
10. Being open and giving feedback for improving our internal processes.

5. Pro-active and communicative.
6. Willing to travel (30%), mainly in Europe.
7. Minimum bachelor’s degree.

9. Strong communication skills (NL, EN, (FR)).
