We are seeking a Quality Management System (QMS) Manager to oversee and enhance our quality management system, ensuring compliance with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate the network of stakeholders involved in the Management System.
* Administer and manage publications and tools related to the Management System.
* Promote the Management System to ensure comprehensive understanding and provide essential support to users and process managers.
* Assess the effectiveness and compliance with the governance of the Management System and certification policies.
* Develop presentations and compile reports in preparation for monthly and quarterly Quality Management Reviews.
* Manage existing quality certifications and approvals within the organization.
* Serve as the primary liaison for quality standards within the entity.
* Coordinate and manage internal audit plans and maturity assessment initiatives.
* Conduct internal audits and develop action plans to address any issues or non-conformities identified during the audits.
