Dynamic and customer-focused ERP Manager sought by global leader in manufacturing to join growing team.
Specializing in US Market
The successful candidate will manage an ERP team consisting of internal and external resources, working closely with business executives and IS/IT leadership to shape long-term technology strategies and roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the ERP team to meet operational and development goals.
* IDentify and close skills gaps within the team to drive continuous improvement.
* Manage performance, establish policies and procedures, and ensure operational efficiency.
* Foster a high-performance environment through effective coaching and mentorship.
* Build an inclusive work environment that attracts, retains, and develops talent.
* Develop strategic roadmaps for ERP platforms (e.g., BusinessCentral, Navision, SAP).
* Advocate for agile and efficient solutions to meet business objectives.
* Prioritize and mitigate risks associated with application operations and changes.
Project Management Experience Required:
* Leadership experience in ERP platform projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
* Establishment and management of Project Management Office (PMO) to coordinate projects.
* Hiring and leading project managers to deliver on domain roadmap.
* Definition of solutions architecture principles aligned with strategic business needs.
* Evaluation of technology solutions to support long-term business goals.
Qualifications:
* 7+ years of experience in Application/Solution Architecture and ERP team management.
* Able to motivate and manage a team of 10-15 direct reports.
* Global experience: Multi-location, global environment experience required.
* Languages: Bilingual (Dutch/French) is a plus.
* Preferred qualifications: PMP certification and MBA. Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field required.
