You will be working in an international orientated company for a global account. This job is focussing on on-site facility operations and includes the following:
1. Assist the Facilities Team to implement a client relationship management program at the site, inclusive continuous operational excellence and implementing and improving communication plans.
This includes:
- Developing and understanding of a working relationship with key representatives of the client and key suppliers/service providers with whom you operate in support of the site.
- Delivery of the defined scope of work within customer services, event management, soft services, employee experience, dining services and conference room support services.
- Act as multiskilled and involved in all site operations person towards other team members with a supportive mentality
Providing support to the following areas in the team:
2. HS&E
- Being part of the Safety Program team on-site, including taking ownership of one or more Key Elements.
- Key Management support and ownership
- Chemical clearance processes for JLL on-site
- Ensure that all staff are working in compliance with H&S regulations.
- Support and manage any HS&E reporting, scorecard and training matrix
3. Finance and data
- Budget management providing accurate reporting and constantly strive to deliver savings without scarifying service and/or client satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting for KPI/CPI, data integrity, surveys, audits, scorecards, etc.
- Coordinate campus / building-specific forecasts, needs, concerns, and issues.
- Asset management ownership

5. Projects and Initiatives support
- Coordinate and facilitate processes to support projects.
- implement and adapt global initiatives to best fit site purpose.
6. Leverage existing tools and practices and develop new ones to ensure the client is aware, informed and delighted with JLL services. Understand the client needs and develop and implement standard communication tools and norms. The goal is to achieve User Satisfaction targets as set by the Regional Leadership team and Key Element Assessment surveys.
7. Client Management
Strive to “delight” the Client in all aspects of service delivery.
Interact on a regular basis with on-site client personnel to discuss ongoing service delivery and forward planning.
Organise the capture of effective Customer Feedback. Analyse data, identify trends, deliver action plans to improve services.
Capture customer complaints/concerns and ensure all are recorded and addressed in a timely manner.
8. Reporting and Administration
Financial process and budget management activities. Invoice follow-up with suppliers. Ensuring Timely financial process completion. Proactively communicate regularly all key metrics.
9. Health and Safety Management
Ensure that the services meet all legal and Client required H&S regulation and take ownership of certain key elements Actively assist in the HS&E client-program delivery.

19. Excellent oral, listening and written communication skills.
20. Proven experience in financial- and data administration.
21. Skilled in Microsoft Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
22. Ability to handle multiple priorities for a team of people and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
23. Self-motivated, confident and energetic.
24. Ability to analyse and define customer needs.
25. Enthusiastic and positive minded
26. Self-motivated & objectives focused.
27. Demonstrated competency in planning & management.
28. Good interpersonal skills / interpersonal sensitivity.
29. Ability to interface as a contact between internal customers, outside vendors, contractors and suppliers.
30. Good knowledge of professional Dutch and English. French would be a plus.
