11. Responsible for delivering excellent Workplace to all employees
12. Responsible for management of the reception, check of guarding reports
13. Meetings with co-lessees
14. Meeting with Landlords and building management company
15. Interaction with Health & Safety officer
16. Interaction with Security manager
17. Managing facility Provider ‘Compass’ and monthly meetings on progress, daily cleaning,
18. Extra cleaning in case of events
19. Assisting procurement for selecting new suppliers
20. Management printers, coffee machines
21. Management parking
22. Management business lunches (ordering, invoicing)
23. Management archives (invoicing, storage, destruction)
24. Supply fruit
25. Management badges/iUser accounts/EIN all FM related contractors/functions
26. Handy man management
27. Participate in Projects office refurbishment
28. Mobile phone management (subscriptions, distribution, repairs)
29. Data collection usage of water, gas, electricity, waste, carbon
30. Evidence supply for all PFS1 NFC controls
31. Frequent (6-12 months) Fire Risk Assessments
32. Frequent (6-12 months) PFS50 controls
33. Control and receive obligatory checks and permits building installations
34. Participate in ISO 14001, EEP, GDPR, sustainability, BCP, evacuation exercises
35. Building incident registration
36. PO’s for facilities and property
37. Weekly call with country management
