As Advisory Technology Consulting is growing, our ambition is to grow in our MicrosoftBizAppspractice. We are looking for a highly experiencedDynamics 365 FinanceManagerto lead and support the implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement ofDynamics 365 Finance & Supply ChainManagement.You will work closely with business stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality solutions. This role is ideal for someone with deep functionalexpertise, a hands-on approach, andstrong communicationand leadership skills.
Your impact
As a Dynamics 365 Finance Manager,you’llmake an impact by:
1. Leading end-to-endDynamics 365Financeimplementations, from requirement gathering to go-live andhypercare.
2. Translating complex business needs into clear functional designs and system configurations.
3. Advising stakeholders onbest practices, system capabilities, and process optimization.
4. Conducting workshops, fit-gap analyses, solution design sessions, and documentation.
5. Collaborating with architects and developers to ensure solution consistency and quality.
6. Configuring and customize D365Financemodules (AccountsPayable, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, etc.).
7. Supporting data migration, testing cycles, integration design, and UAT.
8. Provide leadership and coaching to junior consultants.
9. Ensure solutions are aligned to industry standards, security guidelines, and projectmethodology.
10. Act as a trusted advisor, driving digital transformation and user adoption.
About you
11. You have minimum5 years of hands-on experienceimplementingDynamics 365Finance.
12. You have a strongFinancefunctionalknowledge.
13. You have proven experience delivering full lifecycle ERP projects.
14. You have strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex business challenges.
15. You have experience working withPower Platform, integrations, and data migration tools.
16. You have excellent communication skills; able to engage with C-level stakeholders and end users.
17. You have strong documentation, workshop, and presentation capabilities.
18. You are fluent in English (and Dutch/Frenchisa must).
