Your Impact
1. Guiding clients from Strategy to Executionby leading the design of data architecture, transformation and governance rules, system landscape and migration strategy.
2. Understanding the business and operational contextby applying strong business acumen to assess client operations across various domains, identifying key data dependencies and process interconnections.
3. Defining target operating modelsbycontributing to the definition of future-state data governance and master data management models.
4. Translating business needs into Data migration and management solutions, ensuring alignment with system capabilities and enterprise architecture.
5. Delivering project outcomesfocused on data migration, data management, data quality and data governance, including leading data profiling, cleansing, transformationand standardization activities to support readiness for SAP S/4HANA implementations.
6. Managing change and adoption by maintaining data integrity and usability, while promoting user adoption through clear communication and reliable migration results.
7. Enabling business agility by proposing fit-for-purpose data strategiesquickly and effectively.
About you
8. You are passionate about SAP and excel at transforming complex requirements into tailored, value-adding SAP solutions.
9. You hold relevant SAP certifications (e.g. S/4HANA, SAP Activate) or demonstrate a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development within the SAP ecosystem.
10. You have a minimum of 5 years of demonstrated experienceand successfully delivered 3 to 4 end-to-end SAP projects.
11. You have proven experience in leading teams, mentoring colleagues or taking initiative in process improvement and innovation projects.
12. You are a strong communicator, able to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders at all levelsand you thrive in client-facing consulting environments.
13. You demonstrate excellent teamwork, analytical thinking, coordinationand interpersonal skills.
14. You quickly understand customer context, analyse challenges and evaluate approaches to narrow down the solution space.
15. You have hands-on experience with project management methodologies (such as Agile or PMI) and you are comfortable delivering end-to-end SAP projects, including risk management and change adoption.
16. You have experience in following tools: SAP MDG, SNP, Syniti, SAP Migration Cockpit.
17. You are enthusiastic about digital transformation, innovation and leveraging new SAP technologies (e.g., SAP BTP, Fiori, automation, AI).
18. You have a track record of driving change, leading workshops and supporting users through transitions to new SAP processes and systems.
19. You align with PwC’s values of integrity, collaboration and a growth mindset.
20. You actively contribute to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
21. You are fluent in English and Dutch and/or French.
22. You possess a degree in IT (management), informatics, civil or business engineering, mathematics, (applied) economics or business studies.
23. You are ready for occasional travel.
