As a successful Export Sales Manager - Veterinary - Europe and Africa, you will play a crucial role in establishing and maintaining relationships with the key accounts in order to drive sales and adoption of animal health products. Therefore, you will have the following responsibilities:
Account Management:
* Develop and implement strategical plans for each client within each region in order to meet target sales - International Sales Scope
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and key accounts to strengthen product adoption and loyalty
* Provide technical support and training to boost product knowledge of the clients
Business Development:
* Identify new partners to enhance market coverage and distribution network - International Sales Scope
* Organise and participate to international industry conferences, seminars and networking events
* Analyse market trends, competitor activities and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities and boost product portfolio expansion
Reporting:
* Prepare and present sales forecast, budgets and reports to top management
* Report performance metrics and provide market insights and recommendations
As a successful Export Sales Manager - Veterinary - Europe and Africa, you will have the following requirements:
* You have at least a Master Degree in Business administration or equivalent by experience
* You have 3-5 years commercial experience as Export Manager, International Business development, International Sales or similar relevant functions - B2B experience is a plus
* You have previous experience or at least a strong interest in Animal foods, Animal health, Veterinary products or Human health
* You are open to travel internationally, at least 25% of your time
* You are fluent in both English and French
* You have excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to easily adapt to different cultures and mentalities
* You are an independent and an autonomous worker with a great team spirit
