We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to join the sales team in Belgium. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and helping organizations succeed by leveraging the innovative ServiceNow platform.
* You will strategically contribute to the achievement of the company's ambitious goals.
* You will develop tailored ServiceNow value propositions for prospects based on deep research into their business conditions, drivers, and objectives.
* You will analyze and align with existing and future IT roadmaps of organizations to position Plat4mation effectively in the marketplace.
* You will drive new customer acquisition, cultivating trustful relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
* You will oversee the growth of existing accounts by working closely with Service Delivery Managers, developing comprehensive business plans, and identifying new opportunities.
* You will maintain accurate forecasts and manage a dynamic sales pipeline in the CRM system, steering opportunities through to successful deal closures.
* You will act as a strategic Commercial Account Lead, building and strengthening partnerships with ServiceNow and collaborating effectively with their sales teams.
* You will lead and coordinate bid teams to craft compelling responses to RfPs and manage the entire process from initiation to submission.
