Role Overview:

* You will be joining our Chief Information Security Office (CISO) in the Identity and Access Management (IDAM) team. IDAM is in charge of implementing, operating, and managing all the access from, to, or within the IT infrastructure. This helps to ensure that each individual has access to the right resources at the right time for the right reasons – provided in a way which aligns to the increasingly rigorous compliance requirements we are subject to. Services covered by IDAM include access management, user lifecycle management, privileged access management, and recertification, as well as providing delivery and advisory services.
* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist SailPoint Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SailPoint IIQ solutions, ensuring the security and integrity of our organization's identity and access management infrastructure. The Specialist IIQ Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess security risks, develop strategies, and implement solutions that protect our critical assets and sensitive data from unauthorized access.
Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and manage SailPoint IIQ solution to meet organizational security requirements.
Develop and maintain architectural design documents, including technical diagrams, process flows, and system configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into SailPoint IIQ solution designs and system requirements.
Conduct security assessments and risk analysis to identify vulnerabilities, recommend remediation strategies, and implement necessary controls.
Monitor and maintain SailPoint IIQ infrastructure including servers, databases, and other components, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and scalability.
Troubleshoot and resolve the project’s technical issues related to SailPoint IIQ infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, network security, and compliance, to ensure alignment of security initiatives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Experience in SailPoint IIQ toolset, especially in integrating SailPoint IIQ with other critical applications within the organization.
Design, develop, test, and troubleshoot custom system/application connectors within SailPoint IdentityIQ.
Scripting knowledge, e.g., PowerShell.
Ability to make source code level changes and has worked in a large multinational organization providing hands-on technical architecture services with J2EE development, Database, Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript.
At least 6 years of Identity & Access Management (IAM) deployment and engineering experience required.
Experience with integrating SailPoint solution with other security tools and technologies, including SIEM and PAM solutions.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with Scrum/Agile methodologies.
Experience working in a multicultural environment.
