Partners with leadership to implement standardized audit strategies, quality metrics, and oversight across site organization types. Oversees site assessments based on quality standards. Partners with TPQLs to manage Site Organisation Intake Forms and suggest adaptations. Monitors site performance to ensure compliance with quality metrics and service levels. Conducts quality audits for process adherence. Acts as the contact for quality related issues, ensuring resolution and corrective actions. Identifies and implements quality process improvements. Prepares and presents quality metric reports to senior management. Develops a strategic site partnership strategy with a roadmap to scale Site Organisation information. Implements customer relationship management and scorecards for continuous improvement. Engages C suite and investigators to set targets, strategies, and agreements. Leads team overseeing SO and Strategic Partner processes. Identifies process improvements in response to compliance changes and external influences. Routinely assesses and communicates process performance across OARS & GSSO. Develops consistent onboarding and training materials. Serves as the business contact for OARS analytics, providing business context for metrics and data. Collaborates on new initiatives to improve efficiency and build talent. Reviews and interprets signals at portfolio, study, and site levels. MBA/MS + 15 years, or BS + 20 years experience in drug discovery and development in a global matrixed organization. At least 20 years of pharmaceutical experience with strong mastery of clinical development operations. Exceptional leadership qualities, with a proven ability to build and motivate high performing teams to achieve ambitious business goals.
