Position: Mechanical Contracts Manager

Job Description
* You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and industry experts to successfully deliver cutting-edge projects.
* Proven record delivering Mechanical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget.
* Experience of managing combined Mechanical projects a distinct advantage.
* Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L.
* Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team.
Skill and Requirements
* Relevant third level qualification desirable (Mechanical / Building Services Engineering or similar) but not essential.
* Trade background for this role would be advantageous.
* Knowledge of mechanical maintenance requirements in the building services environment essential.
* 3 to 5 years of leadership experience or substantial engineering support or project management experience in a team-based environment is required.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, influencing and presentation skills essential.
* The successful individual must possess strong leadership skills, proven ability to coach and mentor individuals in technical skills and people development areas, and should enjoy working in a dynamic and results driven team-based environment with flexibility essential.
* Leadership, project management and engineering experience essential.
