Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled IT professional to lead projects in the Customer Operations field.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement new transformation projects and develop best practices for the La Lorraine template.
* Collaborate with colleagues, business stakeholders, and external parties to deliver projects from start to finish.
* Think creatively and expand horizons beyond traditional Sales & Distribution domains.
* Grow with the company's internationalization efforts and integrate new countries into the La Lorraine template.
* Work closely with the Service Management team and ensure knowledge transfer after project delivery.
* Become proficient in business processes and SAP module functionality.
About You:
* You hold a Master's degree or equivalent through experience.
* You have experience working in an ERP environment and knowledge of SAP SD.
* You are analytical, a conceptual thinker, and customer-oriented.
* You can communicate fluently in English and any additional language is an asset.
* You are result-driven, a problem solver, and experienced in change management.
