As a Customer Success Manager at A-SAFE, you'll:
* Gather product feedback and hear the Voice of the Customer.
* Identify customer opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
* Send quotes to customers and proactively follow up in a timely manner.
* Organise follow-up commercial meetings as required, coordinating diaries accordingly.
* Ensure all internal systems (CRM & ERP) and databases are updated timely and accurately.
* Conduct customer NPS surveys.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success/service or sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industrial safety sector.
