* Manage all HR operations in the cluster, provide HR leadership and become a leading figure to the building and scaling-up of the HR function.
* Being in charge for "hard" HR practices e.g. Payroll, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisition/Management/Development frameworks and processes.
* Develop and implement plans with management regarding talent planning and headcount planning in line with the business needs and strategy.
* Contribute to the development of organizational structures that support the business, promote efficiency, and build line management capability within the business.
* Work with line managers dealing with more strategic people plans and day to day people management, including performance management.
* Coordinates relationships with Personnel's Representatives within the Workers Council in France.
* Providing advice and coaching to management, ensuring legislation/process is followed, liaising with legal advisors when needed.
* This position comes with a dual (dotted) reporting line, on the one hand towards the Cluster Managing Director and on the other hand to the European HR Director.
* You have a Bachelor or Master Degree in a relevant field or equivalent by experience
* You possess more than 6 years of experience in a generalist HR position and feel comfortable supporting employees throughout the entire employee life cycle (payroll and personnel administration, on/off boarding, leadership coaching, talent management, HR processes optimization...)
* You have a hands-on mindset and feel comfortable working in an international and multi-site environment where your presence and influence will be required depending on the business needs. The main sites are based in Diegem and Roncq, just at the border between Belgium and France. A weekly visit to France would be ideal.
* You are fluent in Dutch, French and English
* You can demonstrate a good knowledge of the social legislation (ideally in Belgium + France) combined to a prior experience in social relations (workers council, discussion with staff delegation, trade unions).
* You are able to build relationships at all levels and have the mental agility to navigate your way through a business transformation showing resilience, transparency and the desire to deliver best in class HR services.
