As a dynamic and fast-growing start-up, we are now looking for a Business Developer.
The Challenge:
Analyze, identify, and approach new market opportunities in Belgium and the Netherlands.
Use your commercial and strategic skills to explore new markets, define key target markets and audiences.
Develop strategic plans to strengthen market position and increase brand awareness.
Conduct active prospecting to acquire new customers and strengthen existing relationships.
Build and maintain relationships with distributors in Germany, France, and Portugal to ensure sustainable collaborations.
Work closely with R&D and technicians to translate market needs into production strategies.
Report sales results to management and the board of directors.
The Perfect Match:
Bachelor's degree in a commercial field and 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar B2B role.
Strong commercial drive and willingness to build long-term relationships.
Proactive, results-oriented, and a team player with a hands-on mentality.
Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English; French or German is a plus.
Affinity with fresh and healthy food and production. Knowledge of food technology is an asset.
