Your impact
As a talented Manager, you’ll make an impact by:
1. Contributing to the internal and external visibility of team and service offering
2. Spearheading the commercial activities of the team by actively targeting clients, leveraging your experience and network
3. Developing targeted and relevant proposals addressing client’s needs
4. Advising clients on to adequately execute their complex or critical capital projects
5. Mentoring and coaching more junior team members on projects and in the team
6. Reviewing and optimizing client’s existing operating models / frameworks governing the lifecycle of a capital asset / investment
7. Advising our clients on the digitalisation of their operating model is also part of your service spectrum. You are knowledgeable about relevant / new technologies in the construction sector and would be able to help clients implement these.
8. Leveraging your experience to enhance existing project management methodologies and controls: schedule analysis, cost estimates, claims and disputes management, risk management procedures, contract administration and governance, process and systems.
About you
Bachelor/Master's graduate in engineering (civil or industrial), architecture or a comparable field.
7+ years of experience
Experience in managing client relationships and leading commercial negotiations
Effective communicator, able to clearly convey your point of view, both in writing as verbally
Expert with sound business and industry knowledge and well connected in the Belgium market.
Demonstrated leadership skills and comfortable mentoring teams / coaching people
Dynamic, self-driven and solutions oriented
Solution-based thinking, able to spot issues and ways to overcome those.
Prior experience / background in energy sector and German language skills would be a definite plus
