We’re currently looking for a Talent Partner to join our team in Kontich, Antwerp. In this key role, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of Companions by hiring top talent for both our holding and portfolio companies. You will lead talent acquisition processes but also focus on long-term talent development, shaping a robust talent pipeline to meet future needs.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Sourcing and recruitment:
o Design and execute end-to-end sourcing and recruitment processes that objectively evaluate candidates against role competencies and cultural values.
o Collaborate with hiring managers to define candidate personas, job descriptions, and postings.
o Create and implement structured assessment rounds, including performance, technical, and intellectual evaluations.
* Candidate Engagement and Optimization:
o Build and maintain a sustainable talent pipeline for both immediate hires and long-term needs.
o Guide candidates seamlessly through the recruitment process, ensuring an exceptional and memorable experience that reflects Companions' values and culture.
o Continuously refine ATS systems and recruitment processes to engage and manage a strong, diverse talent pool effectively.
o Act as an ambassador for Companions, showcasing the company's inclusive and collaborative culture.
* Strategic Talent Planning:
o Partner with investment managers during acquisitions to identify and scout ideal leaders for existing and new verticals.
o Advise senior management on talent needs and leadership requirements across the portfolio.
Profile:
* Hold an academic master's degree or equivalent.
* Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience with a proven track record of successful hires.
* Ideally have experience working in executive search agencies or recruitment agencies, with a proven track record.
* Experience in (HR) project management.
* Broad interest and adaptability to work across diverse sectors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities.
* Results-driven and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
* Structured approach with the ability to quickly adapt to changing situations.
* Passionate about winning and convinced that success is a team effort.
* Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
* Fluent in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
