ACENSI BELGIUM is looking for a Banking Domain Architect (F/M/X) for its client.
The IT Architect ensures the coherence and sustainability of the overall CRM solutions and systems according to the enterprise strategy, domain blueprints, and with regard to technology evolution considering internal and external constraints (risk, cost, delay) in line with architectural practices, rules, and principles of the BNP Paribas Group. Key initiatives and challenges include the evolution of marketing campaign automation tools, customer V360/ODS, CRM Strategy, and leveraging AI in the CRM domain. As an Enterprise Architect in the Customers Tribe, your main focus will be on the Customer Relationship Management domain.
Your tasks consist mostly of:
* Collaborating with Business and IT to promote and validate solutions with all related stakeholders.
* Capturing business needs and modeling them by documenting a functional solution.
* Designing the solution’s architecture to best fit the bank’s strategy and standards.
* Leveraging Enterprise Data Modelling expertise to design reusable APIs, events, and data products to support digital transformation projects.
Key activities:
* Participate in and advise on studies, projects, and assets concerning the elaboration/evolution of their architecture in line with the enterprise strategy.
* Support and control the implementation of architectural rules and decisions before and after installation in production.
* Define, document, and maintain the reference architecture, always keeping “simplification” in mind.
* Active participation in architectural committees.
* Communicate current and target architecture, rules, and best practices.
* Stay in touch with business and technology evolutions, incorporating them in the company architecture where appropriate.
Scope:
Scope focus is on a particular domain (CRM) with other activities that encompass the whole enterprise architecture.
