GENERAL DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a OT Cybersecurity Engineer. This position is an excellent opportunity for candidates eager to start their career in the field of operational technology (OT) cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will contribute to securing industrial environments, gaining hands-on experience, and developing their professional skills within a dynamic and supportive team.
MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Assist in identifying and addressing cybersecurity risks in OT environments.
• Support the implementation of cybersecurity policies and procedures for industrial systems.
• Participate in monitoring and analyzing cybersecurity events and incidents.
• Collaborate with teams to maintain the security of OT infrastructures and networks.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and records of cybersecurity activities.
• Use cybersecurity tools such as intrusion detection systems, endpoint protection platforms, and SIEM to support cybersecurity tasks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve security practices and defenses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define and maintain network infrastructure documentation, including network diagrams, device configurations, and asset inventories.
• Cooperate with internal teams to implement the company's cybersecurity measures.
ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE
• Basic understanding of IT and OT systems, networks, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Awareness of industrial control systems (ICS) and SCADA environments is desirable.
• Familiarity with fundamental security practices and technologies, such as firewalls, antivirus software, SIEM and intrusion detection systems.
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity tools/technologies.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO/IEC 27001, and CIS Controls.

• Proactive and eager to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
LANGUAGES
Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
From 1 to 3 years of experience in cybersecurity roles. Recent graduates or candidates with equivalent educational experience are welcome to apply.
