JOB SUMMARY
The IT Web Project Manager will support the Patient Impact department Omnichannel strategy by managing the correct implementation of commercial technology projects aimed at health care professionals (HCP’s) and patients.
Her/His role will be critical to offer HCP’s and patients access to the right information about medicines, with a better customer experience, through their preferred channel.
He/She is responsible to deliver, from a technology standpoint, HCPs and patients’ websites globally (ex US), managing the end-to-end scope (intake, governance, delivery, onboarding). This position partners with the Omnichannel business and the web development teams to orchestrate the development of digital & web solutions projects.
He/she will do so being supported by a trainee and in line with the strategy and prioritized roadmap defined by the IT System Owner.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive digital transformation projects focusing on omnichannel HCP’s and patients personalized experience (e.g. websites mostly but also closely to remote engagement, campaigns, email marketing, pull strategy, etc.) that will enable a better customer experience & engagement
• Your goal will be to partner with the brand teams in order to create the right customer journey in a personalized manner
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's branded websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience
• Guide a team of IT professionals responsible for website development, maintenance, and support
• Ensure proper information (through discussion and analysis) is provided to the development team to ensure the right understanding of the requirements and successful delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update and maintain website features & content, reflecting the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry
• Implement robust features, analytics and monitoring tools to track website performance, user engagement, and other key metrics
• Partner with IT stakeholders (Architecture, Digital factory, Support,..) at all steps of the project lifecycle to ensure consistency in tools and standards, smooth set up of solutions and appropriate transition to support and operations
• Partner with business stakeholders (Commercial teams, Operations teams, Patient team…) in various regions to identify areas of improvement and innovation in the Web, CRM & Omnichannel area (new initiatives or improvement of current solutions)
Requirements
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
• Strong knowledge of web technologies, content management systems, and digital marketing practices
• IT project management experience able to manage complex project end to end
• Experience in managing planning, governance, requirements, UAT, integrations, deployments, etc
• Aware on foundational of security, configuration, infrastructure concepts, AI, reporting and data structures
• Able to lead & guide a development team
• Experience in functional analysis and working with business stakeholder to translate their business requirements to technical solutions. Can do both Project management & Business analysis
• Has experience with content management systems such as Drupal and web analytics as Google Analytics.
• Decision maker with sound business judgment who isn’t afraid to speak up and challenge current thinking
• Have strong listening, communication, facilitation, influencing and analytical skills
