You’ll work from our head office in Waterloo (Belgium) and travel across Europe to be close to hiring teams and market realities.Your MissionDesign & Build: Create a recruitment function that is fit for the future — scalable, structured, and impactful.Lead Sales Hiring Across Europe: Own the full recruitment lifecycle for commercial roles in key markets, from local sales reps to regional leaders.Act as a Trusted Partner: Collaborate with HR and business leaders to forecast hiring needs, shape talent strategies, and influence decision-making.Source Proactively: Build talent pipelines through direct sourcing, networking, referrals, and creative outreach.Deliver a Consistent Candidate Experience: Develop a recruitment journey that reflects our values, with high standards and a human touch.Introduce Tools & Metrics: Select and implement tools (ATS, dashboards, templates) to support efficiency and transparency.What You Bring5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sales hiring across multiple European countriesA “builder” mindset — you enjoy creating structure, tools, and systems from scratchStrong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to advise and challenge senior leadersExcellent sourcing capabilities and hands-on experience with platforms like LinkedIn RecruiterFluency in English; other European languages are a strong advantageWillingness to travel across Europe (up to 30%) based on business needsExperience in textiles, fashion, or consumer goods is a strong plus (but not required)What We OfferA unique opportunity to create and own the recruitment function at group levelHigh visibility and impact across multiple marketsA growing, international company with strong values and entrepreneurial spiritA flexible and supportive work environmentCompetitive compensation aligned with your experience and results
