We design all types of easy to use software and hardware for all types of aircraft all around the world. We are dedicated to bringing innovative solutions so as to maximize the efficiency of aircraft and their crew.
Currently we are looking for a Product Manager. The Product Manager reports to the Chief Product Officer and is functionally end to end responsible for their part of the AVIOBOOK software scope.
Your mission as Product Manager
As a Product Manager, you play a key role in driving our product strategy, ensuring our solutions align with both market needs and business objectives. You are responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap within your assigned product scope, balancing immediate priorities with long term vision.
You work within the existing product frameworks and processes ensuring alignment across teams. As the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, you help translate market insights into clear product direction while ensuring internal stakeholders stay informed and engaged.
You help define scope and objectives for new features and product enhancements, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Working cross functionally in our product first company, you provide clear direction and find the sweet spot between market demands, customer insights, and company strategy.
Youll support and collaborate with Product Owners, UX and Tech Leads, helping them work efficiently by actively sharing knowledge and methodologies.
To continuously improve our product offering, you analyze metrics, gaining insights into customer behavior and product impact. Your ability to translate data into actionable decisions allows you to build strong business cases and confidently present product strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
Ultimately, you own the product roadmap end to end, from strategy to execution always with a focus on delivering quality, backed by data, and, of course, topped with a decent dose of fun!
YOUR SKILLS
1. Several years of digital product management experience, from conceptualizing to shaping, defining or building digital products
2. Ability to drive continuous improvement within the product team
3. Skill in setting priorities, reprioritizing, making informed decisions, with great attention to detail
4. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
5. Excellent in English, speaking and writing; Dutch is a nice to have
6. Healthy work ethic and lead by exle
7. High sense of responsibility, urgency, and accountability
