A German speaking Account Specialist is required for a multi $bn SaaS firm who are one of the global leaders in E-invoicing & Tax solutions. You will be focusing on renewals, cross-selling and upselling of their leading tax SaaS solutions to existing clients in the DACH region.
You will be responsible for the following:
* Support account executives and managers by delivering relevant insights and data to assist with sales initiatives, upselling, cross-selling opportunities, and contract renewals.
* Partner closely with account executives and managers to create strategies for sales and renewals while proactively identifying potential challenges or risks.
* Oversee and manage the renewal process for all customers, ensuring timely and precise completion of tasks.
* Draft, prepare, and distribute necessary documentation such as quotes, contracts, and other materials.
* Act as a primary contact for customers regarding inquiries related to sales, renewals, or support.
* Regularly provide updates to the sales team and leadership on the status of renewals, sales activities, and performance metrics.
* Communicate with customers about upcoming contract renewals, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
* Examine customer data to uncover trends and identify areas for improvement or growth opportunities.
Location: Madrid (2-3 days in office per week)
Salary: Up to €42K base and €16K uncapped commission
Required Languages: Fluent German and English
We are looking for people with:
* Minimum 2 years software sales experience (preferably SaaS). This can be inside sales.
* Ability to negotiate complex terms and conditions and close agreements for the sale and license of software and technology, including services.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to analyze market data, feedback, and sales performance to inform strategies and decisions.
