We’re looking for an outstanding Manager, Benelux & Scando to join our Packs Brands (Eastpak, Kipling & JanSport) Sales team in Antwerp, Belgium

You will be responsible for the spearhead execution against long term and seasonal key customer plans with Packs Benelux and Scandinavian, Wholesale Strategic Accounts & independent accounts.
You will cascade our 3-years plan via key and field sales accounts, supporting the holistic omnichannel logic to make the brand a key player in the area.
Job Details – Primary accountabilities:
1. Accountable for achieving and exceeding sales targets and profitability goals across Benelux & Scando
2. Ensure implementation of sales and marketing tactics, specifically all seasonal sales strategies and GTM approach for all categories
3. Prepare, agree and submit seasonal product forecasts for the Benelux and the Scandinavian Countries
4. Responsibility for development of business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls
5. Lead, motivate and develop Sales Team including annual objective settings and performance plans
6. Build strong working partnerships with Agents
7. Manage close communication with all internal departments (head office, marketing, retail department, finance, operations etc.) on a frequent basis
8. Apply segmentation and differentiation strategy within the current and future distribution channel(s) to build the base for sustainable growth.
9. Creates, maintains, and shares order book analysis, brand sell thru, margin and turn performance along with competitive set analysis. Collaboratively work to ensure optimal execution for the brand.
10. Recommend changes when needed to improve efficiency and commercial leadership.
11. Suggest ways to further evolve sales tools, sample sets coordination, and tools (e-catalogue, B2B, reporting…).
12. Utilize deep insights into business and consumer to sustain and grow business while proactively addressing issues and opportunities and making appropriate recommendations.
13. Monitor together with Credit Department financial stability and payment discipline of accounts.
14. Collaborate with Customer Service and influence where needed to make sure that monthly landing is maximized.
15. Networking: Externally: establish and maintain top level contact with the management of existing and potential customers/ partners. Internally (EMEA): be a source of solution and inspiration to empower collaborative workstreams with peers and managers across other functions and channels.

What you need to succeed?
17. Passion for the brand(s) and the category it represents.
18. 5+ years of relevant and progressive experience in Sales management and Key Account management with Omnichannel Whole sale accounts.
19. Proven experience in people and team management
20. Fluent in English, Dutch, any additional foreign languages would be considered as a plus.
21. Proactive and Leading by Example approach.
22. Market and consumer strong know-how
23. Willingness to travel (up to 40%)
24. Base office in Antwerp; min 3 days a week
