We’re looking for a Senior Consultant / Manager to grow our SAP SuccessFactors team and to work on some interesting integrations and implementation projects.
What you’ll learn and do
1. Make an as-is and to-be analysis of the full architecture of the system(s) of the client.
2. Plan and map all data sources and how they interact.
3. Make an estimate on the integrations to be set up and design them.
4. In the integration process itself, you are responsible for guiding a team offshore and onshore.
5. You will also be included in the go-live, maintenance, and some aftercare.
Who you are, what you are like
1. Practical stakeholder management.
2. Good knowledge of system architecture.
3. Technical payroll knowledge of Belgium is a major plus.
4. SAP SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
5. Affinity with coding is a big plus.
6. Preferably you have been involved in 1 or 2 full cycle implementations.
7. Cloud platform experience is a strong recommendation.
