SAP Specialist
Position Title: SAP SuccessFactors
Duration: 3 Months with possible extension
Job Description:
Facilitates the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are prepared and integrated into the organisation efficiently. The contract should include additional team resources that will provide the skills and capacity, specifically in relation to the SAP HR Replacement Epic currently ongoing.
Activities:
1. Onboarding: Configure onboarding processes for different contract types (statutory staff, external staff: Seconded National Experts, Trainees, and Collaborating Experts), manage new hire data collection and documentation, and integrate with other HR systems to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
2. Offboarding: Configure offboarding workflows for various scenarios such as death, early retirement, end of probation, resignation, inter-agency mobility, involuntary termination, and offboarding of trainees.
3. Cross-boarding: Manage the process for internal transfers, ensuring a smooth transition for employees moving to new roles within the organization.
4. SuccessFactors: Monitor integration elements wherever necessary, report and follow up on errors and exceptions, monitor and update related certificates, create and manage SAP for Me cases, and coordinate with other team members to resolve related issues.
