ExperienceMinimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar roleProven experience in analyzing business processes and defining functional requirements SkillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management softwareKnowledge of Agile methodologies is a plus LanguagesFluency in English (written and spoken)Proficiency in French or Dutch (written and spoken) Soft skillsAbility to work in a multicultural environment and collaborate effectively with diverse teamsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailFlexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements
