Education required: You are regularly enrolled in Master’s degree in Management, Communication, Engineering, Statistics, IT, Economics, Supply Chain, Physics, Mathematics, Business Administration, Life Sciences, Logistics or similar field in an Educational Establishment located in Europe.
Language requirement: Fluent in English and a good knowledge of French
Start date: Flexible between August and October 2024
Duration: 6 months
Requisite : The internship must be mandatory & done in the framework of the curriculum, for which an agreement must be signed between GSK, the student and the Educational Establishment.
Remuneration: according to Belgian legal requirements, the internship will not be paid. However, some expenses will be reimbursed.

What will you do? Where does the role fit?
1. Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives within the Rixensart’s Management of Production Units team working on HBV (Hepatitis B Vaccine), and Malaria
2. Develop LEAN tools (6 sigma, etc.) and methodology (DMAIC, etc.)
3. Participate to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case
4. Implementing process improvements
5. Supporting the project leader in established projects with:
Following up on project actions and making sure decisions taken are put in place
Keeping track of projects scope
Schedule and resources
Project communications
Stakeholder management & Escalating risks and issues
You’ll be excited by the thought of:
6. Developing knowledge in 6 sigma and lean methodology
7. Developing knowledge in digital tools like PowerBi, PowerApps, Azure
8. Developing team collaboration skills and working in a fast-paced environment
9. Participating to initiatives and projects in Production Units
10. Analysing production data and processes
11. Participating to the design of new solutions and building their Business Case
12. Implementing process improvements
13. Supporting the project leader in established projects
