Your role: An exceptional opportunity has become available for a dynamic Oncology Product Manager to work within our Oncology Therapeutic Area. You will establish a strategic marketing direction to improve market opportunities within the Oncology portfolio with a focus on improving patient care. You will be responsible for project work in the area of brand management and will build marketing concepts, market analyses, and implementation plans for our Team. You are responsible for the implementation of marketing-specific measures and work closely with the oncology team and advertising agencies to develop advertising campaigns, especially in the digital area.
In addition, the budget and success control of the marketing measures is your responsibility. You look after opinion leaders and support our field staff in close cooperation. In addition, you present the interface to and closely collaborate with the medical department and global marketing.
Who you are:
1. You have a bachelor's degree in economics or a scientific degree.
2. You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical brand management field - ideally in the Oncology indication.
3. You have extensive experience in the development and communication of key product messages, implementation of marketing campaigns, and creation of marketing materials.
4. You have experience working with agencies.
5. You have excellent communication skills and assertiveness as your strengths.
6. You have an analytical approach; understand the market and have a high affinity for numbers.
7. You have strong digital skills and a phenomenal curiosity about social media marketing. You have a high ability to multi-task and a hands-on mentality.
8. You are proficient in English, Dutch & French and have excellent MS Office skills.
