Maintenance Implementatie Manager Assetmanagement
As a Maintenance Implementatie Manager Assetmanagement, you are first point of contact of Stork for our clients and guide them through the world of Asset Management.
What will you do?
As a Maintenance Implementatie Manager Assetmanagement, you will advise our clients on implementations within the field of Asset Management.
1. You guide the client in project teams to achieve a process and results-oriented Asset Management organization.
2. You translate the outcome of the implementation scan into the most suitable implementation strategy and approach.
3. You develop the implementation plan and specify the implementation result.
4. You independently manage optimization projects and guide implementations, communicating with the client at both tactical and operational levels.
5. You ensure the anchoring of new processes and methodologies within the client organization after the project, including setting up KPIs and scorecards.
6. You advise the client on the impact of the change, expected resistance, and the most appropriate communication approach.
7. Within our Asset Management Consultancy department, you contribute to knowledge management and product working groups so that new insights and products become the basis for future projects.
8. Your excellent communication skills, determination, and enthusiasm will make you a valuable conversation partner in all areas of Asset Management within the industrial sector.
What do you bring?
To qualify for this versatile and challenging job, you meet the following criteria:
9. You have at least a Bachelor's degree and many years of professional experience (at least 15 years of relevant experience) in the industrial world in a management or engineering role.
10. You see it as a challenge to apply your experience to other organizations and to further develop yourself.
11. You can work autonomously and independently while still being a team player.
12. You are customer-oriented, analytical, and able to make connections.
13. You have knowledge of and experience with project, process, and change management.
14. You speak and write fluent Dutch and English, knowledge of German and/or French is a plus.
15. You are willing to travel and work on various projects throughout Belgium. Location is Antwerp.
16. You are able to mentor less experienced colleagues and elevate them to a higher level.
What do we offer you?
17. A salary of at least EUR 6,000 gross per month based on 40 hours and an attractive bonus scheme. The exact salary will be tailored to the knowledge and experience you bring.
