The Payroll Expert supports the HR team in a variety of administrative tasks and is the first point of contact for staff within our organization.
Role and responsibilities:
* You are responsible for processing changes, such as entry and exit from employment, fines, declarations and contract changes in the system. When processing the mutations, you check the consequences that the mutations have on any other employment conditions.
* You are the first source of information for employees with payroll questions. Depending on the complexity of the issues, you can answer these independently or consult the HR manager.
* Keeping track of and reporting various changes related to pensions, insurance and other external bodies.
* Checking the clocked hours in relation to sickness registration, holiday absence and attendance allowances.
* Checking sick reports for the first necessary actions for compliance and employment conditions.
* Checking the correct compliance with the general terms and conditions of employment (House Rules).
* Drawing up standard correspondence, such as, among other things, written confirmations of changes and drawing up employment contracts is part of the job.
* Creating general reports of the personnel file and absence overviews.
* Support on the development of cafeteria plan.
* Maintain HR KPIs and analytics.

* Payroll experience for at least 2 years.

* Able to adapt fluently to changes.
* Good knowledge of Excel & Office, knowledge of ExpertSalary and UKG is a plus.
* Good knowledge of Dutch, French and English (fluent in 2). Knowledge of Japanese is a plus.
