Role - Construction ManagerLocation - BelgiumA key client of Mint Selection are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join them on a long term contract for one of their flagship projects.Scope of work:Oversee all on-site construction operations, including planning, coordination, and supervisionEnsure that all activities comply with safety, environmental, and quality standardsCollaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and project management teamsInterface with contractors, consultants, and public authorities to ensure seamless project executionTrack progress, manage timelines, and report on key milestones and KPIsLead site meetings and contribute to risk assessments and mitigation planningResolve technical and logistical challenges in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSupport contract management and claims processes where neededRequirementsDegree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related technical fieldMinimum of 5–7 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy-related construction projectsSolid understanding of construction methodologies, offshore/onshore logistics, and HSE standardsStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsFluent in English; proficiency in Dutch and/or French is a strong assetFamiliarity with project management and BIM tools is advantageousWillingness to travel as required by the projectThis role will be an initial 12 month contract with a high probability of extension beyond this point.If interested, please apply within or reach out to Harry Arnold on 0208 057 3868 for more information.
