Job Description
* Act as the point of contact for all IT questions for all Committee P services. Manage incoming tickets and answer phone calls from external and internal staff.
* Configure laptops, printers, multimedia devices, etc.
* Help find solutions for users to optimize their IT environment.
* Manage Windows servers, Active Directory, and the network, while proactively seeking out solutions offered by Microsoft 365.
* Ensure the maintenance of servers and network components.
* Ensure data and network security.
* Provide clear documentation to end users.
* Provide support to employees.
* Take preventive measures to identify and prevent malfunctions.
* Communicate with suppliers and external partners of the service.
Your Profile
* Broad interest in IT infrastructure, passionate about IT and the latest technological trends.
* Well-organized and solution-oriented.
* Very communicative in Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the second national language. English is an asset.
* Skills are more important than qualifications. A first professional experience or a reintegration experience is welcome.
* Stress resistance is one of your main assets.
* Ability to work proactively and prioritize independently.
* Satisfaction from providing support and being a team player.
Special Conditions
The candidate must meet the following requirements:
* Hold at least a bachelor's degree or an equivalent diploma giving access to a level B job.
* Present a clean criminal record extract dating back less than three months.
* Sign a non-disclosure agreement.
