Job Details:
For an international textile company in Meulebeke, we are looking for a full-time Production Manager.
As a Production Manager, you will be present on the shop floor among the production staff. You are responsible for coaching, supporting, and guiding the employees. You will oversee approximately 30 operators and monitor the established KPIs, reporting to the Lead Production Manager.
Additionally, you will be involved in personnel management alongside HR and will oversee the staffing of the production lines.
Experience:
* 1-3 years
